How To Get Your Ex Back: Start With Patience

After an unwanted break up it's normal to feel wretched. It's just the nature of the beast. But as painful as it may be you still have ti function. You have to keep moving to have the best chance of getting your ex back.

All you can think about is getting your ex back - but how do you make it happen? And importantly, how do you make it happen sooner rather than later? When you are full of emotions it can be hard to work this out.

You are likely aware that getting your ex back won't be as easy as snapping your fingers. But it may not be impossible to accomplish.

There may not be a magic solution to your dilemma but that does not mean there isn't a process you can follow that will give you the best possible chance of getting your ex back. But first you need to accept that the solution will not be immediate and you have to get your emotions under control.

You have to be in the right state of mind for any strategy aimed at reunion with your ex to have a chance of working. Be positive, but don't fool yourself into thinking that you can't go wrong. The best way to start is stop walking around looking wounded and beat.

Even if you don't feel at all normal do your best to act in a normal manner. Don't miss work or classes, go out with friends. Do all the things you would normally do. The key here is to pretend you feel ok in spite of feeling wretched.

Does that seem impossible to you? Well it isn't. Try it, use your imagination. If you pretend you feel ok it won't be long before you do feel okay.

The first step to getting your ex back is to get your emotions levelled out and your mind thinking clearly. Only then should you start working toward getting your ex back.
