The Struggles and Tranquility of Commitment

By Alex Shant

Commitment defines a relationship. Once two persons are commitment, it means that they are a couple. It means that they share something that is exclusive to their selves alone. Being committed is a bittersweet thing but mostly it is sweet. It is because when people are committed, romance is put to the extensive level. Unlimited possibilities could happen, one of which is a possible partner for life.

However, beyond the sweetness and the romance, there are also hardships that go with commitment. One very common obstacle while in a relationship is fidelity and trust. This is because when you are in a committed relationship, you have to assure that the both of you are loyal and that you do not cheat. Once you start cheating against your partner, you will have trust issues that are very hard to remedy in the end.

Another obstacle in a committed relationship is financial matters. Needless to say, financial matters could create issues between the two of you because payments on dates may come as a problem. It might be that when you were still dating and not in a relationship yet, you didn't have problems with money because your man pays for it all the time.

However, when the both of you decided to be exclusive together, your man may want you to give a little contribution to the expenses of your dates. This is a problem because women do not normally want to pay for dates. They want to be treated in the same way when they were treated before; a special person you just eat and do not pay for anything. However, the man may insist because as a couple, the both of you should know that everything must be done as one especially financial matter

Commitment may come as a great obstacle for people who are still dating but it may also give you the long time tranquility and peace that you have been waiting for. This is because when you are in a relationship, you know that you have finally got the person that you want to be with. You know that you are going to have fights but will put them together. The best tranquility of them all is that you know that the person you are with loves you enough to decide to be committed with you and you alone.

How to Show Security

By Alex Shant

Security is the best gift a person could give to his partner. He may give a lot of things, a lot of money and even a lot of love but without the gift of security, everything is despensible. This is because the feeling of security means that the person you are with is never going to leave your side no matter what. It also means that no matter what happens, he will never look at other women the same way that he looks at you.

Likewise, the best gift you could give to your man is security. It will make him feel that you are his for as long as you are together. It will also make him feel that you are his future partner for life. You may give him all the love but without giving the feeling of security, the love that you give could fall apart like a useless piece of storage junk.

It is for this insight that showing security towards your partner is very important. It is essential that you know how make him feel secured without using too much words. Words make special things default so never say that he is secured with you too many times. Instead, show him that he is the only person you love the most and that you are never going to leave his sight.

The best way to show this is to introduce him to your parents. Parent introduction is the best non-verbal thing to show that you see the person as the person you are going to be with forever. Parent introductions are sacred. It is not like introducing to friends. When you introduce a person to your family, it means that he is worthy for the introduction. It means that he has that quality that your other boyfriends do not have.

Another best way to show security is by telling him about your life from when you were born to the present day. It is also best that you show him your grade school and where you used to play sand. Hometown visits are perfect to make him feel secure.

Reading between the lines: Why subtext develops romance

By Alex Shant

Romance makes a man. It is through romance that men and women are inspired to do things they do not usually do. Subtext, on the other hand, makes a romance. It is because of subtext that men and women are attracted to. The idea of not knowing for sure what is happening or what words meant is naturally attractive to humans. This longing for definition stems from our forefathers when we invented various things and we seek to define the supernatural as God.

Subtext or any actions with various meanings create confusing in one persons mind. Take for instance, if a man asks a woman if he enjoyed the date and the women answered with just a smile, the smile itself create confusion on the man's end. He will think that the woman did not enjoy his company.

He may also think that the woman enjoyed it but he will mostly think of the negative perspective since most undefined circumstances are assumed negative on the mind. He may do two things, stop dating the girl or try to date him once more and this time make the date more enjoyable than the last. Men usually do the second option which is why they always make the second date more fun that the first one.

Another example is when the man dates a woman and does not contact her after that date. Then he contacts her after several days by texting her and making her feel very special. The highs and lows of energy in a man create confusion on the woman's end because women naturally want to be certain that the guy really likes her before she reciprocates the situation. By doing such a thing like this, the man may end up losing the woman of his dreams or may make the women run after him just to seek confirmation if he truly likes her.

Romance and subtext are like fraternal twins. They are intertwined but they are different. With the right subtext for romance, relationships or dating can be fun. With the right romance for a subtext, playing the dating roles can be as addicting and could create a hills to a plateau relationship.
