Guys usually don't have a good time calculator. For girls each day would have been counting while for guys weeks would pass in days and when they eventually realize they think that now it's too late to call and they simply move on in life. It can also be in other words called laziness on the part of guys.

Number 2: some guys have high egos to boast in front of their friends. Meeting you at the party could simply have been done to gain the attention of other people for his own satisfaction. While you could be waiting for his call he could have forgotten it by the end of the party.

When a guy gets a good response from a girl or the girl even likes him so much that she agrees on giving out her number, the guy really likes it as an ego booster.

Wait, there could be another reason. He did ask for your number but later when he thought about the meeting, he would ignore making the call because you may not be his type of girl who wants to go for sex.

A guy would call only if he thinks well of you and if he thought of you often since he met you last.

Sometimes guys think that if the girl is interested in him, she would be the one who would call him. However, as a girl you may be expecting the first call from him. Forget the rules and call him first if you like him.

If you think a guy to be the right one for you then you wouldn't have to do anything at all. Just be his ideal girl so that even if he has to do something important he would take some time out of it to call you.

No matter how many excuses and reasons you can conjure up, there is no worth in staying with a partner who abuses you. It is pretty useless to change him at this point.

Do not suck up to his friends. You can cut those ties and not feel anything. This shows complete washing of hands.

For those who you felt were really genuine people, you can just explain to them that it is nothing they did wrong to deserve that. Let them know that you are only concerned about safety.
