How To Establish Lifelong Business Partnerships

By Cindy Miller

Your clients and business partners are some of the essential people for your company. When clients patronize your services or products, they increase your sales. If you need additional investment or capital for promotions or advertising campaigns, you can rely on your business partners to help you. These are the relationships that you need to take care of.

You have to take care of them, so they can take care of your company in return. Caring for the relationships you've got with your clients and business partners involves constantly making them feel appreciated. But exactly how do you maintain and sustain a good relationship with these valuable people? To make it easier to comprehend, you can actually compare it to a romantic relationship.

Business relationships, like those mentioned earlier, also start out with a courtship stage. You woo your customers and business partners. You need to do things for them to notice you and get them to like you. You come up with promotions for potential clients and dinner invitations for possible business partners.

When clients become loyal supporters of your services or products and when you close the deal with possible partners, it is the formal start of the relationship. Not surprisingly, it does not end there. This is certainly just the start of everything. You need to keep them on their toes. For customers, surprise them with new products and promos. For business partners, you could ask them for his or her inputs on how to make the business better.

One way of making your partnerships with customers and partners last long is to give them gifts. In the business world, these items are known as corporate gifts. Company or corporate gifts usually act as tokens of appreciation for the loyalty and help given by customers and business partners. When you pick a gift for your significant other, you just don't pick any item. You go for something he/she would love; you give something special. You do the same in your business relationships. Pick an item which would make your partners and customers feel special.

Some aspects of business aren't that different from real life. Like a real life partner, you just have to take care of your customers and business partners and they will also look after you.

Do You Ever Wonder Why Do Women Break Up With Men?

By Lynn Huber

Do you ever ask yourself the question? Why do women break up with men? Time and time again you will hear a man make the comment that his girlfriend or wife just broke up with him. And you'll enquire why, because he treated her great and in truth seemed to revere her.

Did you ever hear that line "Nice guys finish last?" Well, there is a little truth to that statement. Many adult females are not as self assured as they could be and any girl who is a little insecure will sometimes inquire why a really outstanding guy would desire her. So, if you appear to be head over heals in love with her, she'll wonder what's wrong with you.

Are all women like this? Nope, certainly not! Many women have the self confidence to know what they want in a guy and they'll expect to be treated well or they'll leave out of the relationship. But there are alot of women who tend to use the "grass is always greener" thought process. The dearest guy for them is the one just around a corner.

So, what do you do when a woman breaks up with you for apparently no reason at all?

The 1st thing you WILL NOT do is call her, text her or go visit her. She plainly took you for granted while you were together so let her have some time to miss you.

Don't act like you're devastated, but instead get back out in the world. Go out with friends, go on dates if you like. In Reality, dating is effective because you just might find a woman out there who has the self assurance to appreciate what you provide.

The real question you need to think about is if you truly want to be in a relationship with an insecure woman? Think about it. Is she truly worth it? If you absolutely think she's the one for you, then you need to give her a lot of time and space to grow up. Repairing a relationship is always possible if the trust is still there.

It's fairly likely that she'll call you if you haven't called her in awhile. Be friendly, but aloof. Don't share much about your life. And don't ask alot about hers. And cut the call short. The idea is to give her time to see that you ARE the gentleman of her dreams. Basically, she's going to have to realise the right to have you for a boyfriend or lover.

Let HER chase you, not the other way around. And if you ultimately let her catch you, maintain a minuscule of yourself back for a while. Think Back, she's not sure what to do if you're actually nice, so don't give so much.

Do I mean you should treat her bad? No way! Just stay a little more independent of her this time. If you genuinely want to save your relationship, these are the steps that can do it!
