A Little Appreciation Goes An Extremely Long Way!

By Daniel Turbin

We all know this, obviously, and a lot of us were brought up usually to send a thank you note after a dinner, a tea party or perhaps other occasion to which we were invited in course. This is regardless of whether or not we truly enjoyed it! We were even brought up to always acknowledge a gift no matter how small. However, in this day of instant messaging and emails, this once common gesture of politeness usually gets left by the wayside.

Is an electronic mail or worse a text an affordable method to send a thank you? I think most individuals would state that it is not, for the simple reason that it takes minimal effort and even less time. How much nicer will it be to send some separately written baby thank you cards in the post? Of course you could always send an initial text and follow it up with a card.

Selecting Customized Thank You Notes

And if you wish to make your baby thank you cards Ireland extra memorable, you can design them by yourself. You could of course make your own personal handmade cards however given that the majority of us have not the time these days to do this, a great alternative would be to order customised cards from a company like Invite Inn. On their website you may choose from a wide variety of colours, shapes as well as artworks to go on your card, and write your own personal message and select the typeface. You may as well customize the envelopes to match the cards and actually make an impact.

Alternatively, The Invite Inn as well stocks an array of ready-made cards if you're running short of time. Remember, thank you baby cards should actually be sent within 7 days roughly of the occasion for which you are thanking the recipient. But people know having a child is a life changing event. You'll spend the first few weeks in a daze so don't worry too much if you're a little bit late in sending them. However purchasing the cards and stamps over the internet helps speed things up a bit.
