One Should Know How to Die

By Shana D Daniels

Have you ever lost a friend or relative and wished that you could get one more day, another hour or another minute just to say the things you weren't able to say to them back when they were actually still breathing? Perhaps you have had wanted to ask for that one more opportunity to be able to alter the wrong things you've done in your life?

Death is unavoidable. It is something that comes to everyone of us. It is something that we could never ever stop nor evade. But why should we evade death as we could openly embrace and accept it?

How to Die Devoid of Leaving Strains Of Regret

There are actually points in life that all of us should certainly be grateful of. Regardless of how complicated our life is, we still have life. And even right after life, the memories we leave to those people whom we care for will forever live. It is going to never die. It'll forever be etched in their memories and as time goes by they will forever remember the things you have done for them. Do you not like to be remembered for something good or for something that you caused hate and pain?

When we learn how to die, we all learn how to live. We learn how to hold dear the things we possess in our own hands. Those little moments we share with each of our loved ones, with a special someone, with a good friend. All those little wonders, those small hours will always remain. It will eternally remain in the hearts of those individuals who honestly cares about you. Since in the end, what exactly matters the most is one's heart.

And also, give oneself to the Lord the creator of life as well as death. He alone can help you learn to just accept how to die peacefully and that is to accept in yourself that when life begins, it always has an end. Constantly say your prayers to Him and be thankful to every little thing you have while you are still breathing. Learning how to live to the fullest is one way of learning how to die without regrets.

Know How to Die

Regrets will wash away someday. Sacrifices, pains, sufferings, these kinds of things won't matter. It's supposed to be. These things are not something to regret about but something to aspire to. Any kind of twist and turn of experience won't matter for those who accept it with conviction.

Devote oneself to your friends and family, to your society, to loving yourself. Devote oneself to creating something that will give you purpose and meaning.
