After a breakup, you may feel lost and lost your sense of direction. Things may seem surreal as you were kicked out of your comfort zone and are pushed away by your ex. This major shift can lead to feeling depress and sad. This commonly effects our livelihood such as work, school and daily activities.

There is some good news though. There's a chance that you can stop your breakup and get back with your ex. Yes, it's possible but the window of opportunity is closing.

Staying Busy

Even though your mind is filled with memoirs of your ex and brainstorming ways to get them back, you need to keep yourself busy. Now is the time to distract yourself from thinking about your ex. Another great reason to try something new is to show to your ex that you can have fun without them in your life. This can actually improve the chances of you getting back your ex.

After a breakup, you will probably want to just do nothing and sleep all day. The problem with doing that is once you start there is a good chance that you will stay like that for a while. By getting your body to move and exercise, you are actually simulating your body and mind to function better.

Exercise will help you two folds. First, you will feel better because you body will be getting into shape. Secondly, your confidence will be increase and you will have more mojo in getting back in the dating arena.

Expressing Your Feelings

Next, you should start considering about your support team. Find friends and family that you can trust and turn to.They are there to help you get through this difficult time and be there to see you to the other side.Being able to vent your emotions is an essential step to your recovery. They can help you analyze and analyze the problems that lead up to this.

Plus, you will be able to find out your mistakes of the past and learn how toe handle them in the future.It help you get closer in getting back your ex.

Getting Them Back!

You will have to avoid the common mistake of trying to show your ex that they made a huge mistake in breaking up. Don't try this approach as it won't work.

You have to fight your natural instincts. because it will lead to common mistakes after a breakup. You may panic but take a step back and relax for a moment. There are many ways that you can get your ex to come back thinking they made the mistake of the lifetime.

Even though these seem completely wrong, that is the reason why they way so well. The path to healing is very counter-intuitive.
